We have chosen In2space as the interior designer company to design and renovate our BTO. The ID Sammy Ong was recommended by one of my friend who has also selected her as the ID for her house. The key reason for choosing in2space is 1) Due to the fair pricing model and 2) The professionalism showed by Sammy during initial design meeting and consultation. Furthermore, she has years of experiences and many photos of completed work in her portfolio.
From 3D drawing to final execution of the renovation, she was responsive to our questions, enquiries and make changes to suit our requirement. Some of the changes are also taken consideration of young couples like us that might not have deep pocket to spend for BTO renovation. Even when we are not in Singapore for almost a month, work was carried out in orderly manner and the progress were updated in group chat to inform us.
We also encountered some hiccups by contractors and flaws in execution but we managed to overcome them in fruitful discussion and workable solutions in solving the problem with minimal costs. Sammy is flexible and not hard sell on any of the ideas but takes a rather understanding opinion on not overstretching our budget. End of the day, we managed to clear the rectification one by one and get the relevant contractors arranged to fix them for handover.
Our house is now finally completed and we are staying in it. Good job and thank you In2space and Sammy!
