This is my personal testimonial for the exceptional service rendered to me by Sabrina Mieko Kee, a Senior Design Consultant of In2Space Interior.
It was in early October 2017 when I came across In2Space at Beauty World, sourcing for a renovation quote for my mom’s place. This was when I met Sabrina & Sam. I explained to them my requirements to do up my place and make it elderly friendly as my mom is in her mid 80’s. We discussed on the budget and the timeline for the work to be completed. She got back to me soon with a quote within my budget and it was a quote that I was quite happy with when compared to some other quotes that I had source from other well-known ID companies. This was when I decided to sign with In2Space for my renovation works.
She had the 3D drawings done up in quick time and I have to say, it was WELL DONE! It was what I was looking for, an open concept kitchen with an island and a well thought out toilet design. I initially wanted to have the vinyl flooring and air condition installed by my own vendors, to save cost. Sabrina asked me for the quote that I had source for and to see what she could do to help me. She got back to me soon enough and was able to match my quote. Well, this was great news for me as now she saves me the trouble and time of coordinating with different vendors. So I left her to do her job. They fetch me and my mom to select the materials like tiles, kitchen & bathroom accessories for our home. She helped my mom select the materials and explaining the color combination and help us source for a good bargain. This helps us to make up our minds with confidence on the choice that were made with regards to the materials and accessories for our home.
By early January 2018 everything was almost done, except for some final touch up. Then in the midst of shifting my marble dining table, its legs gave way. I had a hard time sourcing for a replacement, then Sabrina came to my rescue, she asked her carpenter to help me out. The end result was way better than I had expected, she also asked him to make a ramp for my mom wheelchair into the master toilet. So thoughtful! I then had another problem, hard time looking for someone to do up the foam for my mom old bamboo sofa that she was so attached with. Most vendors quoted ridiculously sky high prices. Sabrina source a vendor for me that quoted me a reasonable price for both foam and cushion covers. Patrick the vendor was so nice and considerate to our needs and he did a very good job. My mom was so pleased with the end result. That matters a lot to me, to see my mom so happy and glad at how her whole place turned out.
To me, Sabrina did a great job, from designing, coordinating and for doing a job with a heart (not many IDs have this) and a thoughtful mind to the requirements for my aged mom. She went out of her way to help me source for the vendors for my sofa and dining table despite her busy schedule. Sam helped me to drill the walls for my mom paintings and shelves, he didn’t have to, but he offered a helping hand, for that I am thankful for him for helping me out. I now not only have a house that feels so warm and homely but also made 2 friends in Sabrina and Sam. They are without a doubt an asset to In2Space. I would not hesitate even for a moment to recommend their services and In2Space Interior to anyone that is looking for an ID that is reliable, trustworthy and does an outstanding job. Many Thanks!
