I was introduced to Sammy by my close friend. Apart from contacting Sammy, i have also went to others to compare market rate and hear other views before renovation. Reason for choosing to select Sammy and her team for the project was sincerity. Sammy is very earnest in listening to my specific requirements and is able to brainstorm with visualisations to enhance the resale unit.
In the midst of renovation, there were minimal hiccups and Sammy is able to rectify the situation of wrong measurement promptly. Her close supervision on the site and making sure her team delivers the final outlook ease most of the anxiety off the new owner (me).
